NORFOLK, Va. – Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters is pleased to welcome the following new pediatric specialists to Children’s Specialty Group.
Dr. Laura Gifford has joined the dermatology department. Dr. Gifford is a board-certified dermatologist. She received her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University and completed her residency at University of New Mexico Hospital. Dr. Gifford also completed a pediatric dermatology fellowship at CHKD.
Dr. Beth Scharlop has joined the adolescent gynecology department. Dr. Scharlop is a board-certified OB/GYN. She received her medical degree at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed her residency at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
