How can I refer my patient to CHKD's gastroenterology motility program?

While no prior work-up is needed, please fax the results of any relevant prior tests to us, along with ffice notes and growth charts that are not accessible through CHKD’s Electronic Health Records (EHR). Our fax number is (757) 668-7721.

All motility testing takes place at the main hospital and some testing requires an inpatient admission.

Initial outpatient appointments and follow-ups are offered at the following locations:  CHKD (Norfolk), Harbour View North (Suffolk), Oakbrooke (Chesapeake), Oyster Point (Newport News) and Concert Drive (Virginia Beach).
