What work-up is needed prior to the first appointment?

Pediatric Cardiology work-up to include: EKG, Echocardiogram, and consultation. The patient should bring any cardiac operative reports, imaging studies, office notes or other pertinent information from other institutions, not including CHKD, to their appointment. This can also be faxed in advance to (757) 668-8225.

When will my patient be able to obtain an appointment?

Your patient will be seen at the earliest appointment available, usually within one week.

Urgent appointments will be accommodated within 24 hours.
