Bio
After receiving her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from VCU, Ulmer completed further training in developmental psychology at VCU.
Ulmer completed a pre-doctoral internship accredited by the
American Psychological Association at the University of Tennessee Health
Science Center, where she also completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities
(LEND) program.
Ulmer also
completed her post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology.
