Bio
Atwood's
pediatric nursing journey began in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
As a
nurse practitioner, she started in pediatric primary care clinic specializing in
family-centered care with delayed developmental milestones and special needs.
Wanting to combine her NICU and pediatric
backgrounds led her to Developmental Pediatrics at CHKD.
