Bio
Harris has worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner for over 10 years, specializing in helping children with ear, nose and throat conditions. She loves being a nurse practitioner because she is able to take the time to answer children’s and parent’s questions and address their concerns.
Harris strives to help improve ear, nose and throat (ENT) care by working as clinical researcher at EVMS, where she helps enroll and examine patients participating in clinical studies. She also evaluates and trains nurse practitioner and physician assistant students at EVMS, playing a role in the education of the next generation of healthcare providers.
Harris is also a certified lactation counselor, helping mothers whose babies have tongue tie and latch concerns.
In her spare time, Harris enjoys reading, running and spending time with her family.
