Nurses take the lead in coordinating care for patients who require close monitoring and observation, with special emphasis on nephrology, pulmonology, orthopedics, gastroenterology and mental health.

Located on the eighth floor of the main hospital, our unit features 20 patient rooms.

Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, nursing care partners, therapists, pharmacists, case managers, social workers and child life specialists. Even though there will be many professionals involved in your child’s care, we share a common dedication to our patients and their families.
