Rogal is
passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for each individual
patient. She is experienced in working with children, adolescents and
caregivers of various socioeconomic, cultural,
ethnic, educational and other diversified backgrounds.
She believes that operating
from a strengths-based perspective allows children and their families to better
manage life transitions, improve communication, and enhance their overall
well-being and quality of life.
She is trained in various treatment modalities and
is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
