Bio
Shelton has been
practicing as a physician assistant since 2006 when she graduated from Wake
Forest University School of Medicine with a masters of medical science
degree. She and her family recently moved to Virginia from Tennessee, where she practiced in family medicine, emergency medicine and general
pediatrics.
While in Tennessee, Shelton completed a three-year commitment to
the National Health Service Corp working in an under-served rural
area.
She is thrilled to be
back in Virginia, and in her free time she loves to hiking with her family,
reading, doing yoga, and going to the beach with her daughters and
husband.
