Duties
Responsible for assuring the best surgical care for all surgical specialties in CHKD's health system. Coordinates the safety and availability of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses who care for surgical patients.

Education
Dr. Kelly graduated magna cum laude from Spring Hill College, majoring in chemistry and mathematics. He received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University, served his residency at Vanderbilt University and completed fellowships at UCLA's School of Medicine and at Children's Hospital of Buffalo.
