Responsible for leading all activities associated with creating a great place to work. 

Background

Morlock joined CHKD in July of 2015. He has 33 years of healthcare human resource and operations experience and is particularly interested in management and leadership development, improving operational efficiency based on systems thinking, and continuous improvement practices and medically based wellness.

Education

Morlock received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology from Luther College, his masters degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Iowa, and received a certificate in Quality and Systems Management from Aurora University.
