For young athletes, a well-rounded strength and conditioning program can improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injury. Pilates is a great way to increase core strength and flexibility, improve posture and body awareness, enhance relaxation and stress management, prevent injury and improve recovery after injury.
Find out when our next Pilates mat series begins. Classes are held at the CHKD Health Center at Landstown on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. for six weeks.
