When will my patient be able to obtain an appointment?

Your patient's estimated wait time for an appointment is approximately one (1) week, but could vary depending on location. 

What work-up is needed prior to the first appointment?

After referring your patient, please send us any relevant office notes that are not accessible through CHKD's Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Where will my patient be seen?

Physical medicine and rehabilitation offices are located at the Medical Tower (Norfolk), Oakbrooke (Chesapeake),  Tech Center (Newport News), Lightfoot (Williamsburg) and Concert Drive (Virginia Beach).
