Our team provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art care for ear, nose, throat, face and neck disorders for patients from birth through 21 years of age. We also provide audiology services, such as newborn hearing screening, hearing impairment management, and cochlear implants.

When will my patient be able to obtain an appointment?

Your patient's estimated wait time for an appointment is approximately 1 to 4 weeks, but could vary depending on location.

What work-up is needed prior to the first appointment?

Please provide us with any documentation or summaries of individual episodes for patients referred for recurrent ear infections, tonsillitis, or strep. Any relevant materials not accessible through CHKD's Electronic Health Record (EHR), such as lab results, radiographs, and other accompanying reports, should also be sent.

Where will my patient be seen?

Ear, nose and throat (otolaryngology) offices are located at CHKD (Norfolk), Oakbrooke (Chesapeake), Oyster Point (Newport News), and Concert Drive (Virginia Beach).
