CHKD's EEG laboratory is accredited by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists, also known as ABRET.

ABRET accreditation offers:

  • Independent, objective verification of quality
  • Proof that the lab can produce EEGs interpretable by competent physicians anywhere
  • Enhanced credibility when data is sent outside the institution
