"I have always loved working with children, but it was my nursing job at CHKD that made caring for children and their families my passion and inspired me to become a pediatric nurse practitioner."

Bio
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Gregory moved to Virginia Beach shortly after finishing studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln and feels fortunate to have her husband remain stationed in Virginia Beach for the past eight years.
Her nursing career began at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. After a short
time, she took a position as a registered nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit at CHKD in 2009. She still occasionally works
as a PACU RN at CHKD's Princess Anne Surgery Center.
It was through her job at
CHKD that she discovered her love for pediatrics and was inspired to obtain her masters degree and become a pediatric nurse practitioner. She began
working as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner at Partners in Pediatric Care in 2015 and loves
working with her pediatric patients and their families.
Outside of work, she enjoys
spending time with her husband and their three boys. When she does get some time for herself, she loves playing
volleyball, reading, and baking.
